2. Consignment Services

Pickadilley Consignment provides a platform for consignors to track their inventory, sales, and payouts. Our services include:

• Inventory management and tracking
• Sales reporting and analytics
• Payout processing and history
• Pickup scheduling

3. User Accounts

To access the Portal, you must have a valid consignor account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payouts and Fees

Consignment commission rates and fees are determined by your specific agreement with Pickadilley Consignment. Payouts are processed according to the schedule defined in your consignor agreement and can be viewed in the Portal.

5. Item Acceptance and Pricing

We reserve the right to accept or reject any items for consignment. Pricing of items is at the sole discretion of Pickadilley Consignment, based on market value, condition, and demand.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pickadilley Consignment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
